Please find below some answers to commonly-asked questions about Glenart Framing

How do I open account?
Simply select the option Register at the top of the page, complete your account details and we will confirm back to you with login and password details

What happens if items are not in stock?
We can put them on back order for you and send them out as soon as they are available. There will not be a carraige charge so you might want to take advantage of this service and add other items.

How long before I get my delivery?
Providing your goods are in stock and your account is up to date you should receive the goods, your order should arrive in 7 days.

How do I pay?
We accept payment by Debit or Credit cards, cheque or BACS-please ask for our bank details.

Do you charge for making a payment on a credit card?
No charge is currently apply to payments made by Credit card.

How much is Carriage?
Carriage is €10.95 including vat per box

How much is a Carriage paid?
Orders over €300 are carriage paid

Is there a minimum order value?
No there is no minimum order value

When do I have to pay my invoice?
Glenart Framing should have received payment for your invoice by the due date shown on the invoice. Unpaid invoices on your account may result in delayed deliveries of your orders.

What should I do if I am struggling to pay for my invoices?
Please call Louise, our credit controller, straight away to discuss your situation and she will try to help to resolve the situation. Dont ignore reminders as you may find that your debt is being chased by the courts.

What do I do if I get a faulty or damaged product?
Please let us no details of the product and advice note number if possible, within 7 days of the delivery and we will get a replacement to you or credit your account.

Can a picture be ordered in a different format, ie. smaller, bigger, longer, shorter?
All products are presented as you see them. They are only available in the size and format shown.

Do items come with enough packaging to be sent on to customers?
We work hard to ensure that our products have sufficient packaging whilst trying to look after the environment.
